Description

This is a tool package built specially to help with rooting the Android Nougat powered Mobicel smartphone called Mobicel R1. The tool pack does not include nor depend on a TWRP custom recovery (though we are looking to source and list that as well). The procedure on how this rooted boot file can be flashed onto the device is as follows.

To flash the rooted boot file,

  1.  Install the included apk to your device
  2.  Installed the compact adb and fastboot included if you do not already have a fastboot.
  3.  Enabled USB debugging as well as OEM unlock on your Mobicel R1 from under Developer Options
  4.  Booted into fastboot and unlock the bootloader.
  5.  Command fastboot reboot
  6.  Copy the boot.img file to the adb/fastboot tool
  7.  Shift + Right Click on the white area of that folder screen – click Open command windo here
  8.  Rebooted into recovery – and there choose Reboot to bootloader
  9.  Checked whether your Mobicel R1 is detected via fastboot devices
  10.  Command fastboot flash recovery boot.img
  11.  Command fastboot reboot
