This is a non Mobicel branded QFIL format firmware or flash file expected to work on the Mobicel R9 Plus. As noted, the file is flashable with the standard QFIL tool and the flashing procedure is equally standard. You can however request further assistance on flashing this ROM file onto your Mobicel R9 Plus by posting a question on our support site.
NB. The firmware file is expected to work with the Cloudfone Next Infinity Pro as the devices proves to share the same hardware by Tinno.
