This is a Mobiel branded firmware, firmware or flash file. You will often need it for the following causes

  1. Download and extract the Mobicel X4 firmware achieve
  2. Download and launch the SPD Upgrade Tool
  3. Load the paac file onto the flashtool
  4. Click the Play button to initiate the flashing process
  5. Press and hold Vol+ and then connect the device onto the PC via a USB cabel white it is off
  6. The flashing should then start and last for few minutes
  7. You get a greed ‘Passed’ text once all is done
  8. The device should then auto boot up – try to turn it on manually if it does not
